cirtexhosting.com appears to be often recommended for ordering the reseller accounts, and I would like to ask if their deals and plans are really that reasonable as they seem to be?

Pricing is modest and they look quite nice for me.

I suggest you not to be so confident in choosing them, try to have a look at more options and compare their hosting solutions..
I know just199.com offers customized reseller accounts.. and has nice reputation..
So, it can be also a good option for your needs.

I can also agree with webmasters here - the comparison is a good way to know what host will suit you much better and get a well-marked picture of the companies that can be good for your needs.
