SEO is the process of getting your site rank in 1st first page of Search Engine. SEM is the process of getting the attention of the people searching for that keyword.

I think search engine marketing is the best way to increase the traffic on website and improve the website page rank....SEO mean all your activities from Search engine....and SEM your all working only on direct source like social media sites like Facebook twitter and like all others....!
