Personally I paid monthly in the past because I didn't trust any company.
Now I am paying yearly and deal with grabweb.net company. Must say that these guys impressed me. It also offers excellent value for money with lost of great features for what I consider a very reasonable price.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Monthly payment is preferred. may allow myself using annual billing system only whne I am sure in the host's stability.

No doubt monthly payment is much more safe than yearly.. the company can play 'disappear' and the money pay for the year will be lost!
